There will be plenty of time to hang out upside-down. This workshop will have a heavy emphasis on drills targeting muscle groups for strength and stability needed to get balancing on your hands. Bring a towel/socks, your mat, and an open mind. The second half of this workshop will be open practice… time for you to collaborate with your fellow friends on creative shapes. Let's have some fun!
