As a life-long athlete, Jordan discovered the benefits of yoga as a long-distance runner and competitive soccer player living in Atlanta in 2009. Shortly thereafter, she started practicing variations of yoga in the DC area and began to notice gentle shifts in self-awareness and acceptance through her physical practice of the asanas.

Tuned in, with an awakened passion for exploring her conscious experience, she integrated mediation and mindfulness into her daily routine. After years of personal practice, and detangling her own experiences through self-study, she felt inspired to share this practice with others, especially those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression.

As an experienced yoga teacher and educator, Jordan is passionate about building community and encourages exploring daily conscious experience. Her foundational movement training is in power vinyasa and has been teaching since 2017. She is Rocket certified and has additional training in restorative, and trauma-informed yoga. In her classes you will practice variations of movement, pranayama, and meditation.
